Welcome to the Gliving Emotional Support Group.
Smoothies and green juices helped me a lot in many ways.

in my oppinion you should cut honey,sweets & fruits that have high content of sugar,also try to eat no longer than 4 hours before going to sleep,dont mix solid with liquid wait at least 1 hour apart...drink lots of green juices with cucumber,apple,lemon,ginger,dinossaure leaves(cavalo nero) and parsley...you should try to do colonics & exercise 3 times a week...just be careful dont go crazy loosing too much weight... kisses , let me know the results
