Anyone doing Frederic Patenaude's Spring Cleanse

This weekend I joined Fred's Spring Cleanse to detox. It started on May 3rd. I have participated in his 21 day challenge earlier this year and it was great! His knowledge and willingness to share is wonderful for me because I only have one friend who is doing raw foods with me here in KY.

Just curious if anyone on here is doing the cleanse... for friendship and support.

No, I used to go to a board that Frederic was on and quite frankly I was turned off by his attitude. His book was poorly researched and he was espounding the health benefits of a raw diet one moment and then became a natural hygienist the next. Personally, I'd rather follow the recommendations of Mike Nash, who is truly an extraordinary young man. He's written two phenomenal books that should be a standard for anyone starting on a raw food diet. Unfortunately, one of his books is out of print but the other is being talked about all over the world. I admire Mr. Patenaude for what he is trying to do but I simply have a hard time trusting anyone that has a strong association with NFL.

Hey Thank you so much for the new info on a great person. I am a veg head but have been going raw for two years. I am happy to fill my head with all of the knowledge I can get. I appreciate your candidness.
