Owner in investigative piece on KNBC discussing the bureaucratic problems Californians interested in wind energy are having with state agencies...time delays and fees...Some wind companies have stated that CA is the hardest state in the union for them to work in...go figure, the state of rolling blackouts would make it nigh near impossible....this turbine took 21 months to install...actual install time - 1 day...
