Our protocol involves the elimination of the following.... (there's a science behind it but to much to explain here and now)...
Basically these are gone:
ALL grain (gluten free usually uses rice and that is something we live without)
LOW sugar content (carb/sugar under 10 g. per serving)
NO cow milk
No high glycemic
We incorporate:
living foods (enzymes)
glutathione rich foods
vitamin D
sockeye salmon
goat milk/cheese is okay
veggies
low glycemic fruits
desserts/treats with carb sugar count under 10
We try to be mindful of appropriate food combinations
....with that in mind when we have a higher sugar fruit we mix it with a protein and (protein retards the obsorption of carbs) Helps with our blood pricking in an hour to give us our normal blood sugar read.
HERE"S THE DEAL.....
Is there anyone out there in this network who can come up with yummy kid friendly/kid enjoying snacks or dishes that my daughter can incorporate (with the above standards in mind). When I say daughter i also mean the dozen or so children trying this protocol in efforts to obtain the same resutls :)
There's an opportunity here - anyone want to help!! I know there are a ton of great chefs in this network :)
