Now, I’m not sure if Eco-Mood Rings would have a substantial impact on the broader society (my grandmother or father would never even consider wearing one), but they could certainly bring visual awareness to the issue of carbon footprints. All it takes is getting the next Lindsey Lohan to start sporting one all over Hollywood and the red carpet to convince every teenage (and pre-teen) girl in America that they HAVE to have one.
You never know! It might be the tipping point of good eco-habits for the next generation that stick with them.

Congrats on taking steps to grow your own food, we all need to do that. I wouldn't be surprised if you could find some fruit trees in NC producing during the summer. I put ads in my local newspapers and people call me telling me they would love to have me take their fruit, lol
