What do you think about limiting nuts on a 90% raw diet? When I try to limit my nut intake I get extremely hungry in the middle of the day. Are there any health concerns with eating 1-2 cups of nuts a day?

Folks, this is a group for raw vegan discussions on.y. No animal products whatsoever including honey, which is an animal product.
I am in the market for a food dehydrator and I am looking for recommendations. I would like to get one that has deep enough trays to make tart dishes. Does anyone know of any BPA free dehydrators or stainless steel dehydrators?
Any recommendations…
