In regards to your question above; weight is not only compounded by the foods we eat, but also by our emotional and mental state. Many times when some one will not let go of 'something,' anything, it will affect you physically. Our mind and body work together, and you can only be as strong as your weekest link. I am 5'7 and about 106 lbs. When my weight fluctuates, I automatically begin blaming it on the foods I do or don't eat. Not allowing myself to look within myself, and be completely self honest with myself in regards to my mentallity and emotions. (not releasing past)

hello kati, wondering what you might be eating that is blocking you losing the lingering pounds. green smoothies are full of energy and are clean and wonderful for the system. i would suggest including more.

Iv been in the raw for 2 1/2 yrs. now, with a few bumps in the road...but I feel as if im in a rut of sorts. Dont get me wrong, im nowhere close to leaving my acclaimed raw lifestyle, but i just dont feel as if im as lightweight as I see so many others become. I am average weight for my height, but i eat raw...that should mean something...right?! I should feel on top of the world...however i feel as if im not near experiencing shedding those lingering pounds, and having the resulting excitement or "buzz". I run, because this is a passion of mine, and dont even eat many nuts...any suggestions? :)
