Almonds, Cashews, Brazil Nuts, Macadamia, Sunflower... all familiar to one in the raw, as nuts and seeds are a...THE protein staple for the common raw foodie. However, even though i have heard and read countless times that these healthy omega fats are extremely good for us, in so many ways, I still have doubts that nuts will help me lose weight. I have strayed to eating mainly grains, but it just doesnt feel complete. Any suggestions...thoughts...comments... on how nuts will help one to actually LOSE weight, even with the lingering fear that they have so much fat content?... :)
