So day 5 here. YAY!! I'm doing fpretty fantastic... I am feeling so much better after the 4th day. BUT i did have a cheat meal. Still vegan but I ate rice and tofu! Day THREE! So I have made it through three days of the Spring cleanse. I feel a bit more positive today, but my neck still hurts?? I actually got up and jogged with my BFF at 7am. :'( I'm so grumpy today! I did really great yesterday on my cleanse. I under-ate. Not on purpose, but just when I added all my food intake up on fitday.com I only had 1100 calories. EEK most of which were carbs. I am concerned I am not getting enough protien or minerals like some of you have said.
